FAQ - BOOKING WITH SIXT BUSINESS PROFILE

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT BOOKING:

Go to sixt.com, click on Login/Register. If you already have a Business Profile, log in and select Business Profile in the upper right corner. Your corporate rates, payment method and invoice adddress will apply. You can proceed with your booking now.

Each SIXT customer has an individualized registration link (CTO) that allows corporate users to create a SIXT Business Profile, where corporate rates, payment method and invoice adddress will apply automatically. Once you have a CTO link, follow the instructions on how to create a SIXT Business Profile.  If you do not know your CTO link, please reach out to your SIXT Account Manager or send an email to mobsol@sixt.com (to speed up the process, please provide full company details and your customer number (KDNR).)

Travel Arranger role allows to book for other employees with a SIXT Business Profile within your organization. To assign your employee to a Travel Arranger role, reach out to your SIXT Account Manager and provide them the name, email address and KDNR of the person who should be allowed to book for others. Starting November 2023, this feature will be available in SIXT self-service – Travelers will be able to assign their Travel Arrangers in their SIXT Account.

Simply go to sixt.com, define the pick-up location and available SIXT stations nearby will be listed together with opening hours.

Go to sixt.com and login-in with your Business Profile. In the Pick-up/Drop-off field choose “Delivery and Collection service”. Choose or insert your preferred Delivery or Collection location and proceed with the booking.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT SIXT SELF-SERVICE:

The Business Hub is a self-service platform for corporate customers, visible for employees with a “Travel Manager’ role within SIXT. If you’ve been assigned to Travel Manager role, go to sixt.com and log in with your SIXT account. Go to the tab with your name in the upper right corner and the “Business Hub” section should be there. If you cannot see a “Business Hub” within your account, please request a Travel Manager role by contacting your SIXT Account Manager or sending an email to mobsol@sixt.com (to speed up the process, please provide full company details and your customer number (KDNR).

If you have been assigned to a Travel Manager role within SIXT, go to sixt.com and log in with your SIXT account. Go to the tab with your name in the upper right corner and select the “Business Hub”. Go to User Management -> Invitations tab. Select the company for which you want to send invitations to your employees. You can send individual invitations by providing employee’s email address or use the option of bulk upload if you want to invite several employees at once. If you have more questions, please reach out to your SIXT Account Manager.

Each employee with Travel Manager role at SIXT will have a full access to the Business Hub. If you wish to assign this role to other employees in your company, please contact your SIXT Account Manager or send an email to mobsol@sixt.com (to speed up the process, please provide full company details and your customer number (KDNR).

1. Go to sixt.com, log in with your SIXT account and go to “Manage bookings” section to view and manage all your bookings (change of pick up/drop-off location, dates, time, protection package or add-ons as well as to do the Mobile check-in).

Go to sixt.com, log in with your SIXT Account and go to “Personal information” section to change your password, home address or phone number.

Go to sixt.com, log in with your SIXT Account, go to “Booking profiles” section and select the profile you would like to update to change the invoice address, credit card number or to add a corporate rate.
